2. Important Notice Regarding Protected Health Information (PHI)

3D Solutions LLC provides revenue cycle management (RCM) and medical billing services to healthcare organizations. In the course of providing those services, we may act as a “business associate” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). Our handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of our healthcare clients is governed by HIPAA and the Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) we execute with those clients — not by this Privacy Policy. This Website is not intended for the collection or transmission of PHI. Please DO NOT submit any patient information, medical records, health information, or other PHI through this Website, including through contact forms or email links. If you are a patient with questions about your medical bill, please contact your healthcare provider directly.

  • your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and the contents of your message, when you submit a contact or inquiry form or request a consultation;
  • your resume, employment history, and related details, if you apply for a position with us;

Information we collect may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, India, or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. By using the Website, you understand that your information may be transferred to jurisdictions that may have data protection laws different from those of your home country. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy wherever it is processed.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for DNT, the Website does not currently respond to DNT signals.

The Website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
