3D Solutions LLC provides revenue cycle management (RCM) and medical billing services to healthcare organizations. In the course of providing those services, we may act as a “business associate” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”). Our handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of our healthcare clients is governed by HIPAA and the Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) we execute with those clients — not by this Privacy Policy. This Website is not intended for the collection or transmission of PHI. Please DO NOT submit any patient information, medical records, health information, or other PHI through this Website, including through contact forms or email links. If you are a patient with questions about your medical bill, please contact your healthcare provider directly.

We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy wherever it is processed.
